From the mythical Heisse Wanne or hot basin, planted in 1959 and ploughed with horses since 1997 - mineral implosion - lemon zest, smell of match and smoke - volume in the mouth but the whole remains chiseled and balanced - 4 g/l residual sugar - splendid with langoustines with citrus juice or a noble fish.
