– The 4 Grands Crus: Saering, Spiegel, Kessler et Kitterlé
– The 5 Lieux-dits: Belzbrunnen, Bux, Schimberg, Effenberg & Heiss Wane
– The varietal wines, derived from the 7 grape varieties : Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Sylvaner
– The Crémant d’Alsace, crafted from the varieties Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir & Auxerrois
