Organic & biodynamic as a matter of course
All of the domaine’s plots have been farmed organically and biodynamically since 1998, in order to fully express the exceptional personality of these terroirs.
In many plots, we plough partially in the autumn and plough completely in the spring (destruction of the superficial roots) and allow natural grass cover to re-establish itself in summer to avoid major gullies and recreate an ecosystem.
