Preamble
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on May 25, 2018 and completes the legislation on personal data protection. A personal data corresponds to any information relating to a natural person identified or who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements that are specific to him or her (surname, first name, address, email, telephone, contract number, CB number, …). The processing of personal data refers to any operation on this type of data (collection, storage, transmission, deletion, etc.), whether on paper or by computer. The data controller is the person who determines the purposes of each processing and the means to achieve these purposes.
For the Domaine Dirler-Cadé, the protection of your data is a priority. Therefore, in the interest of transparency, this Privacy Policy aims to explain to you why your personal data is collected and processed by the Domaine Dirler-Cadé, in its capacity as data controller, how it is processed, what rights you have over your data and how you can exercise them.

The person in charge of processing the personal data referred to here is Sandy BAUDRON, director of the Domaine Dirler-Cadé, whose headquarters are located at Rue Toepffer 3, 1206 Geneva.
3. What data does the Domaine Dirler-Cadé collect?
The Domaine Dirler-Cadé, as data controller in the sense of the RGPD, limits the collection of personal data to those that are adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the performance of its training activities.
With regard to persons outside the Domaine Dirler-Cadé, the data collected is the personal data necessary for commercial prospecting activities on the Domaine Dirler-Cadé training offer, i.e:
the full names, personal details, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of any person who has expressed an interest in and consented to receiving information from the Domaine Dirler-Cadé.
4. Transmission of data
Your personal data will only be passed on to our partners in order to ensure the proper execution of the Domaine Dirler-Cadé’s activities, in particular
to the staff and teachers to ensure the proper conduct of the training courses and the contract;

Your data is kept by the Domaine Dirler-Cadé for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned in point 1 of this document, plus the legal limitation periods.
Data used for commercial prospecting purposes may also be kept until the withdrawal of consent by the person concerned, or failing that, for a period of 3 years from the last contact that the client/prospect had with the domain. At the end of this three-year period, Domaine Dirler-Cadé will contact you to find out if you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations.

6. What are your rights and how to exercise them?
You have the right to request access to your personal data and the rectification of inaccurate data.
You may request the erasure of data and the restriction of processing, in accordance with applicable legislation.
You have the right to the portability of the personal data you have provided to the Domain, under the conditions provided for by the applicable legislation. This right applies only to data that you have actively and knowingly provided to the Domaine Dirler-Cadé (data that you have filled out in an online form) or data generated when using a service or device in the context of the conclusion or management of your contract, and which are processed automatically, based on consent or the execution of a contract.
You may object to your data being used by Domaine Dirler-Cadé for a specific purpose.
When the processing of your personal data is based on your consent (e.g. sending our electronic commercial offers), you have the possibility to withdraw your consent at any time.

7. How does the Domaine Dirler-Cadé secure the processing of your data ?
The Domaine Dirler-Cadé implements all technical, physical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data during the collection, processing and transfer of your data.
The Domaine Dirler-Cadé infrastructure is protected against malicious software (viruses, spyware, etc.); the security of your terminal is your responsibility.
In the event that we are likely to call upon service providers to process part of your data, we undertake to verify that they present sufficient guarantees to ensure the protection of the personal data entrusted to them and to have them sign the necessary confidentiality clauses.

Domaine Dirler-Cadé is present on Social Networks via a LinkedIn account.
